Previously, he served as the CEO of a prominent group of companies in the United Kingdom, where he collaborated extensively with various Royal Boroughs in London to provide support to different groups of vulnerable populations. Florin has chosen to dedicate his expertise and leadership to J4A Europe, committing himself to the pursuit of a justice system that is truly impartial and accessible — one in which every individual, regardless of their background, wealth, or experience, is offered an equal opportunity and protection under the law.

Mihai is an invaluable asset to J4A Europe, whose multifaceted expertise significantly strengthens the organization. From the outset, he has worked tirelessly alongside Florin, not only educating communities but also actively engaging in advocacy campaigns to advance our mission. His technical proficiency encompasses IT specialization, graphic design, and website administration, making him a versatile and highly skilled professional within the team. Beyond his technical roles, Mihai is the pivotal figure in serving as the central coordinator for ergonomics and internal operations. Additionally, Mihai acts as the primary point of contact for all financial, administrative, and IT-related matters, ensuring seamless management across these critical areas.

Monica is one of the associates that started working alongside Florin and Mihai from the very outset. She is deeply committed to assist individuals in need and envisions a world where everyone comprehends and upholds their rights. Formerly a HealthCare Director in the UK, she has dedicated her life to improve and safeguard the wellbeing of those most in need. Motivated by a profound commitment to justice and human rights, Monica has chosen to apply her expertise and leadership skills to support our mission in advocating for social justice and protecting the rights of marginalized communities.

Răzvan is a retired officer from an EU National Police force, having served 22 years in the Criminal Investigation Department, who decided to help others understand the legal system and fight against injustice. He is a strong activist, focusing on finding good causes to support. He is an expert on the field and enjoys doing things promptly and meticulously. He is also our head of the security department, training young generations and security experts, all over Europe.
