Privacy Policy
How the new static J4A website processes visitor data and messages submitted through the contact form.

Asociația J4A respects the privacy of visitors to j4a.ngo. This policy describes the new static version of the website and replaces older references to WordPress, user accounts and functions that are no longer present.
1. Information we collect
The website has no public user accounts, visitor login, comments, profiles or online store. We may process information only when you voluntarily submit it through the contact form: name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message.
The hosting server may automatically generate standard technical logs such as IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser type and response code. These logs may be necessary for security, diagnostics and operation.
2. Why we process information
Information submitted through the form is used to read, assess and respond to your request, to organize communication with you and, where necessary, to meet legal obligations or protect legitimate rights.
3. Secured contact form
The form uses a short-lived technical session for a CSRF token, server-side validation, a hidden anti-bot field and rate limiting. The website does not accept file uploads through the form.
4. Cookies and tracking
The new website does not use WordPress, Google Analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. The contact form may set a strictly necessary session cookie for CSRF protection. Browsers may use their own technical storage as part of normal operation.
5. Who may receive information
Information may be accessed by authorized people within J4A and by technical providers strictly required for operation, such as the hosting provider or email service. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
6. Retention
Messages and correspondence are kept only for as long as needed to manage the request, maintain continuity, meet legal obligations or protect rights. Technical server logs are retained according to hosting-provider policies and security needs.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or other rights applicable to your situation. You also have the right to contact the competent data-protection authority.
8. Children and sensitive information
The website is not designed to intentionally collect children’s information through the contact form. For your protection, do not send passwords, banking credentials, complete identity documents or other highly sensitive information in the first message. If documents are needed, J4A may provide an appropriate channel.
9. External links
The website may link to external services, including Facebook. Once you leave j4a.ngo, the external service’s own policy applies.
10. Privacy contact
