Florin N.

President

Florin acquired over 15 years of extensive experience within the judicial system, having dedicated nearly a decade to addressing the critical gap in legal representation and advocacy for underserved communities. Previously, he served as the CEO of a group of companies in the United Kingdom, where he collaborated with Royal Boroughs in London to provide support to vulnerable populations. He chose to dedicate his expertise and leadership to J4A and to the pursuit of a justice system that is impartial and accessible, where every individual is offered equal opportunity and protection under the law.

Mihai B.

Vicepresident

Mihai has worked alongside Florin from the outset, educating communities and engaging in advocacy campaigns. His technical experience includes IT, graphic design and website administration. He also coordinates internal operations and acts as a key point of contact for financial, administrative and IT matters.

Monica J.

SLI Director of PR and Social Media

Monica started working alongside Florin and Mihai from the outset. Formerly a HealthCare Director in the UK, she is committed to helping people in need and to a world in which people understand and uphold their rights. She applies her experience and leadership to social justice and the protection of marginalized communities.

Nicolae T.

Managing Chief of the Transportation Department

Nicolae is a strong believer in J4A’s work, a dependable member of the team and someone with a natural ability to connect with vulnerable communities and understand their needs.

Gabriela M.

Health and Safety Manager

Gabriela is a registered nurse with a strong commitment to fighting inequality and to a civil society that is actively involved in decisions taken by public institutions.
