Free Speech, Protests & Demonstrations

Free speech and the right to protest is fundamental and must be respected by governments. Attempts to suppress demonstrations or retaliate against protesters raise serious concerns about democracy and civil liberties. Rallies for free speech and protests serve as vital reminders that defending these rights requires active participation and vigilance to ensure they are not eroded.

Teaching and Educating Law to The Disadvantaged

Teaching and educating law to poor and disadvantaged people is a crucial strategy for empowering them and improving access to justice. Most of them are unaware of their legal rights or how to exercise them. Providing accessible legal information and education equips them with "weapons" to fight injustice and improves their confidence to engage in legal and social battles. The ultimate goal is to reduce poverty and inequality by ensuring poor they have meaningful access to justice and can participate in democratic governance and law reform.

Passing the Experience to the Young Generation

We are working with local, national and European universities to provide free Expert Sessions for their students, that can learn for our experienced law enforcement and judicial experts, discuss real life scenarios, mistakes to avoid, how to avoid pivotal mistakes on the field and how to help others get the help they need. This shapes future generations, passing by the field experience and practical knowledge, straight from the people that developed this skills during their decades of work experience.

Helping the Elderly

Our team conducts different projects on the field, in the actual offices of the Regional Pension Authorities, to help elderly people that have legal issues related to their pensions, to take the fight in court and fight for their rights and needs. Most of the elders, that live on Social Pensions, have no means to pay for expensive lawyers/attorneys, so are physically unable to get free access to justice to fight for their rights. Our NGO is taking the fight further, contacting government authorities and individual MPs to ask the implementation of a Regional System that can help with professional legal advice all the seniors in our communities, for free.
