The things you can do in J4A

There are numerous opportunities available here, ranging from simple administrative tasks to more complex responsibilities, including fieldwork and research related to our focus areas. Our activities are highly dynamic; some change from project to project, while others are consistent and carried out over the long term. These include information campaigns, classroom activities and educational presentations, organizing public events, conducting training sessions, providing legal support, participating in international projects, and more. By volunteering, you will acquire valuable skills that will enhance your career and strengthen your CV. Most importantly, you will have a meaningful voice, contribute to social change, empower individuals, and help build a more just society.

Who can be our volunteer?

We welcome volunteers who are eager to make a positive impact, regardless of their educational background or professional experience. Our volunteers come from diverse backgrounds, including pupils, students, and adults with jobs and families, each with their own commitments.

We seek individuals who are engaged, responsible, cheerful, and easygoing. Our goal is to nurture our volunteers into positive role models within the community, empowering them to become advocates for social change, legal fairness, and education. It is essential that they embrace our core values—courage, integrity, professionalism, efficiency, proactive involvement, and commitment to a just society. These principles guide us as an NGO, as a team, and as individuals.

Volunteers should have a reasonably flexible schedule or be able to dedicate approximately two hours per week to our organization. Our activities take place on weekdays, both in the morning and in the afternoon.

We offer both office-based and fieldwork activities, none of which require a high level of physical fitness.

A mandatory requirement is to be at least 18 years old to legally sign the volunteering contract.

Our registration procedure

The process is simple: follow our Facebook page where we post “calls for action” every few months. We also hold special meetings for new volunteers, allowing us to get to know each other better, provide a detailed introduction to our organisation, and explain the specific steps required to join our team.

Why on Facebook, you may ask? Because it serves as our primary channel for communication throughout our collaboration. We maintain a private group where all important information about upcoming activities is shared. Therefore, having a Facebook account is essential for all our volunteers.

You too can make a difference in the world by joining us!
